Resident Evil: Vendetta Announces Digital HD and Home Video Release Dates
It’s already been announced that Resident Evil: Vendetta will be coming to US theaters for a one-night event on June 19th. However, if you’re not able to make it out for that, Sony will be releasing the film via Digital HD the following day on the 20th followed by a home video release, including 4K Ultra HD, Blu-Ray, and DVD on July 18th. Special features can be found below.
Additionally, the first plot details have been released:
BSAA Chris Redfield enlists the help of government agent Leon S. Kennedy and Professor Rebecca Chambers from Alexander Institute of Biotechnology to stop a death merchant with a vengeance from spreading a deadly virus in New York.
The film is produced by Marza Animation Planet (Space Pirate Captain Harlock), executive produced by Takashi Shimizu (The Grudge), written by Makoto Fukami (Psycho Pass) and directed by Takanori Tsujimoto (Bushido Man).
