Synopsis
Eyes to See tells the story of a collector of rare artifacts who abandons his home in search of a precious object, located on a map that he stumbled upon many years ago. Our adventurer hunts the object for days, until finally, deep in the Colombian jungle, he finds a hidden civilization. As he converses with the residents, he gets to learn their culture, their rituals, and their concepts of black magic. The influence on him is so great that he soon loses all interest in his passion for rare artifacts and turns his attention to something even more valuable. What could be more precious than … eyes?
This is how his obsession with eyes began, and soon his rough modus operandi develops. For every person killed he leaves a note with a fragment of his favorite childhood author: Rafael Pombo. But what do children’s stories have to do with ruthless killing? Soon you will see.
