RLJ Entertainment and Shudder Are Bringing a Hefty Dose of Mayhem!

Some big news has just been announced as RLJ Entertainment and AMC’s Shudder have teamed up to bring Joe Lynch’s Mayhem (review) to the masses! The film will be getting a theatrical run followed by On Demand platforms in the fourth quarter of 2017 before it hits the horror streaming service Shudder in Q1 of 2018.

To celebrate the news, a new still has been released, which you can see below.

Lynch explains, “Mayhem is a very personal film for us that has affected and engaged festival audiences looking for some insane, cathartic fun in these trying times. With RLJ Entertainment and Shudder working together to bring Mayhem to the masses, I am confident that this crazy flick will find its audience in the best way possible. It will be for viewers who want the choice of a big, bold, loud theatrical experience but it will also have the convenience and careful curation of Shudder’s fantastic service. As a fan and customer of Shudder, I am proud to know that we are in great company. Mayhem is coming for you all soon enough!”

Directed by Lynch and written by Matias Caruso, Mayhem stars Steven Yeun (“The Walking Dead”), Samara Weaving (Mystery Road), Steven Brand (The Scorpion King), and Dallas Roberts (The Dallas Buyers Club).

Synopsis:
After being framed for corporate espionage on the same day that a mysterious virus is unleashed on his company, attorney Derek Cho is forced to savagely fight tooth and nail for not only his job but his life.
