First Casting News for Channel Zero Season 3 Includes Teen Wolf’s Holland Roden
Season 2 of Syfy’s “Channel Zero,” subtitled “No-End House,” arrives this fall; and as we learned back in February, the network is already planning two more. No more details were available when the announcement was made, but today we have the first casting news for Season 3, and it includes a very familiar face!
Per Deadline, “Teen Wolf‘s” Holland Roden and Brandon Scott (“Guerrilla”) have signed on for the as-yet-untitled segment of the anthology show. Here’s what we know so far about their characters:
- Roden will play Zoe Woods (Alice’s older sister), a sharp, tough young woman whose struggles with mental illness have worn her down over the years. She hates that her younger sister has to take care of her and would give anything to go back to the way things used to be.
- Scott will play Officer Luke Vanczyk, a young but already jaded cop, living in the shadow of his father, the Chief of Police. Luke’s world-weary exterior hides a fierce commitment to justice and a deep love for his troubled community.
Each installment of the “Channel Zero” anthology is based on a “creepypasta” (user-generated horror stories published online).
Novelist, screenwriter, and TV writer Nick Antosca (“Hannibal,” “Teen Wolf”) serves as executive producer, showrunner, and writer alongside executive producer Max Landis (Chronicle, American Ultra), with Universal Cable Productions as the studio.
