Explore the Dark Side of Berlin in Andy Fetscher’s Urban Explorer
There are just a few days left in Indie Horror Month, and today we bring word of an upcoming independent German production entitled Urban Explorer from director Andy Fetscher via Papermoon Films and The Little Film Company.
Urban Explorer was written by Martin Thau and stars Nathalie Kelley, Nick Eversman, Klaus Stiglmeier, and Max Riemelt.
Synopsis:
Anxious to explore the subterranean underbelly of Berlin, a group of foreign urban explorers meet for the first time and follow their local guide into an eerie maze of escape tunnels and underground fortifications in search of the walled up “Fahrerbunker” because of its forbidden Nazi graffiti.
When their guide falls, breaking his leg, two of the girls in the group frantically set off to seek help while Denis (Eversman), a young American honeymooner, and Lucia (Kelley), his breathtaking Latina wife, stay behind. It is then they meet Armin (Stiglmeier), an affable “guardian” of the underworld, and follow him to his base where, as he promised, everything shall be taken care of…
