A new viral video for filmmaker Yam Laranas’ latest terror tale has hit this crazy little thing called the interwebs, and we must admit this one has us kind of stumped. Dig on this sliver of unnerving goodness by forging ahead!

The only thing we know for sure is that Laranas (Sigaw, The Echo (remake), Patient X) is promising fans “an unpleasant treat” in the future. Below you’ll find a teaser poster and video simply entitled Nobody Leaves that forces you to come face-to-face with mankind’s greatest fear, death.
