A Few More The Exorcist Season 2 Details: John Cho Joins the Cast in a New Location
With “The Exorcist’s” San Diego Comic-Con appearance drawing closer, where we’ve been promised “insights on the new season,” it’s only natural that a few early details of what’s ahead in Season 2 would start trickling out to whet our appetites…
Per TVLine, John Cho (the Star Trek and Harold & Kumar franchises, “Sleepy Hollow”) will be a new regular on the series during the upcoming second season, joining the returning Alfonso Herrera, Ben Daniels, and Kurt Egyiawan.

According to the site: Herrera’s Father Ortega and Daniels’ newly collarless Marcus Keane find themselves out of Chicago and on the road, searching out evil. Ultimately, the two men are led to Cho’s Andrew Kim, a former child psychologist who runs a group home for five at-risk foster children on a secluded private island off the coast of Seattle. When one of the children under Andrew’s care is targeted by a powerful force, the two priests head west, setting themselves on a collision course with Hell.
As previously announced, “The Exorcist” Season 2 kicks off Friday, September 29th, which – after the show’s stellar Season 1 – simply can’t get here soon enough for us! Stay tuned for more as it comes!
