Stranger Things Season 2 Poster Features Something REALLY Big in the Sky
Netflix’s second season of “Stranger Things” has long had a tentative release planned for “Halloween” without a specific October date lined up. Today, that’s all changed as a new poster has been released that locks down October 27th as the day we return to Hawkins, IL!
Oh, and there’s a giant Lovecraft-ian tentacle monster lurking in the clouds. No biggie…
You can see the poster for yourself below (cheers, AICN) plus a new video just released by the “Stranger Things” Twitter account!
In an interview with Gold Derby, director/producer Shawn Levy explained, “Will Byers is very much at the center of several intersecting challenges, threats in season two and I think overall the forces of evil that are inherent in season two make that Demogorgon look quaint in retrospect.”
