No Matter How Monstrously Large They Get, Puppies Are Still Puppies

A clip from an upcoming short film set in the Hotel Transylvania series has been released. Called Puppy, I assure you that the title is not misleading in any way, shape, or form. What you see in this clip is Dennis getting a puppy…a puppy that’s larger than a Hummer! It’s rather adorable and I’ll fully admit that I’d want to ride that cute beast into battle!

The full Puppy short will run in theaters before The Emoji Movie, which comes out tomorrow.

In Hotel Transylvania 3, the voice ensemble of favorites returns, including Adam Sandler (Dracula), Selena Gomez (Mavis), and Andy Samberg (Johnny). Director Genndy Tartakovsky is back in the director’s chair along with Michelle Murdocca back producing and Sandler executive producing, with a screenplay by Tartakovsky and Michael McCullers.

It was recently rescheduled and will come out July 13th, 2018.

Synopsis:
Mavis surprises Dracula with a family voyage on a luxury Monster Cruise Ship so he can take a vacation from providing everyone else’s vacation at the hotel. The rest of Drac’s Pack cannot resist going along, and once they leave port, romance zings Drac when he meets the mysterious ship captain, Ericka.

Now it’s Mavis’ turn to play the overprotective parent, keeping her dad and Ericka apart. Little do they know that his “too good to be true” love interest is actually a descendant of Van Helsing, arch nemesis to Dracula and all monsters!
