The Taking of Savannah: Exclusive Clip and Casting Update

In anticipation of The Taking of Savannah premiering later this month at the Louisville, Kentucky, Fright Night Film Fest, Jeff Chitty, the film’s director, has provided us with an exclusive clip along with a bit of updated casting news.
Synopsis: Five thugs and an unknowing girlfriend make a BIG mistake when they kidnap and hold young Hollywood “celebutante” Savannah Sondheim (heiress to the Sondheim tissue fortune) for a weekend to collect a ransom. When Savannah escapes, it becomes a brutal fight for survival where friends turn against one another and fight for their lives.
The film’s cast and crew list is as follows: SAVANNAH – Krystal Heib (Fetch), ASHLEY – Denise Carroll (Fetch), SCOTT – Antoine Williams, SPENCER – Mike Ducey, FINN – Jeremy Everts, RIFF – Cameron Haines, and TORG – John D. Barnes. Dustin Adair penned the script from which Jeff Chitty directed, the DP was Robert P. Campbell, and the film’s makeup and FX were handled by Colleen May (Fetch, Nailbiter).
In addition, burlesque performer, pinup model, and actress Tristan Risk of The Voodoo Dollz is lending a hand (and her voice) to The Taking of Savannah as a radio DJ reporting celebrity gossip on the lead character Savannah Sondheim.
