Kyle MacLachlan Checks into Eli Roth’s The House With A Clock In Its Walls
Still riding high off of the mega-successful “Twin Peaks” revival more roles are coming in for actor Kyle MacLachlan who according to Deadline just checked into The House With A Clock In Its Walls.
He’ll star opposite Jack Black and Cate Blanchett in the Universal/Amblin adaptation of the 1973 John Bellairs horror book illustrated by Edward Gorey. Eli Roth is directing from a script by Eric Kripke.
The House With A Clock In Its Walls tells the tale of a recently orphaned 10-year-old boy who discovers a world of hidden passageways, magic and danger in his uncle’s old house. MacLachlan will play Isaac Izard, the sinister original owner of the house.
