So now I’ve got that Run–D.M.C. song in my head, and it will probably be there for the duration of the weekend. We’re not here for nostalgia though… we’re here for more casting news for the upcoming supernatural flick Mary.

According to Deadline, Stefanie Scott (pictured; Insidious: Chapter 3), Manuel Garcia-Rulfo (Murder on the Orient Express), and Chloe Perrin have joined the cast opposite the previously announced Emily Mortimer, Owen Teague, and Gary Oldman.

Mary, which is in production now in Alabama, is directed by Michael Goi (“American Horror Story”) based on a script by Anthony Jaswinski (The Shallows).  The film centers on a struggling family that buys an old ship at auction with the high hopes of starting a charter business, only to discover the ship’s horrifying secrets on the isolated open waters.

Tucker Tooley Entertainment and eOne are co-financing and producing Mary; Tucker Tooley, Scott Lambert, and Alexandra Milchan, as well as Scott Lumpkin, are producing. Greg Renker and Jason Barhydt executive produce along with Douglas Urbanski, Oldman’s longtime producing partner.

And now… just for spite’s sake…
