Linda Cardellini to Take on The Children in James Wan-Produced Feature

James Wan’s Atomic Monster Productions has announced the star of their next project The Children in the form of Linda Cardellini (Grandma’s Boy, Scooby-Doo), per Variety. Wan will be producing for Atomic Monsters and Gary Dauberman & Emile Gladstone will also produce with Michael Chaves directing.

Synopsis:
The story follows a social worker who, while investigating the mysterious disappearance of two children, discovers her own family might also be in jeopardy.

The Children will be distributed through New Line, who have been the home for Wan’s Conjuring universe, including the Annabelle films as well as the upcoming spin-off The Nun.
