The detective thriller film Distortion is an official selection at this year’s La Femme International Film Festival in Los Angeles. The film will play this Friday, the 20th at LA Live Regal Cinemas. Tickets can be found here.

Directed by Mayon Denton, the film stars Tonya T. Cannon, who also wrote and produced Distortion. Ryan Merriman (“Pretty Little Liars”, Final Destination 3) and Corbin Bernsen (“Psycho”) also appear.

Synopsis:
“Distortion” is about Nicole (Cannon), a young woman who wakes up from a 3-month coma after being attacked with no memory as to what happened. Now, she is haunted by brief distorted, bloody images of her fiancé as the only clues as to what might have happened. She must work with Det. Baker (Merriman), an embittered police detective dealing with his own personal demons after the death of his wife and son, in order to regain her memories before she becomes the next victim.
