Jordan Peele’s Get Out Leads Nominations at Gotham Awards 2017
This past year comedian Jordan Peele surprised the world with his stellar writing-director debut Get Out starring Daniel Kaluuya, Allison Williams, and Bradley Whitford. We are hoping here at Dread Central that once Oscar time rolls around this year, Get Out will not be forgotten for the modern masterpiece it is.
And it seems like the first steps in securing Jordan Peele’s film some Oscar love may have just hit with the film leading the recently announced list of nominations for this year’s Gotham Awards.
The film has scored nods for best feature, breakthrough director, best screenplay and best actor (Daniel Kaluuya).
