2017 Reaper Awards: Hellraiser Box Set Brings Suffering as Horror Title of the Year; See All the Winners Here!
Today’s the day when the winners of the 2017 Reaper Awards are revealed, and the results are pretty impressive! Leading the pack is the Arrow Video collector’s edition box set of the first three Hellraiser films, which took the Horror Title of the Year trophy. The Hellraiser: Scarlet Box Trilogy also won Best Collection and Best Extras.
Another Arrow Blu-ray, a limited-edition re-release of Donnie Darko, took Best Title From the Vault and Best Packaging. Choice Theatrical Cut went to Warner’s The Conjuring 2.
The 2017 Reaper Awards, presented by Home Media Magazine and DreadCentral.com, honored the top horror and thriller titles released between August 1, 2016, and July 31, 2017. Studios submitted contenders for consideration by a panel of judges in conjunction with a consumer vote.
