Netflix’s New Series Dark Gets an Official Trailer and Poster
It was back in February of 2016 when we first heard about Netflix’s upcoming German-language series, “Dark”; and now we not only have the show’s new artwork to share but also its first full trailer. The giant streaming service has labeled “Dark” as “cerebral, mind-bending, [and] ominous,” three adjectives that should pique the interest of all genre fans.
Created by director Baran bo Odar and writer Jantje Friese (who also teamed up for 2014’s Who Am I?), “Dark” is set in present-day Germany after two young children have disappeared. Its 10 hour-long episodes have a supernatural edge, and a twist takes the town back to the 1980’s.

Synopsis:
The disappearance of two kids in the small German town of Winden opens abysses that turn the concept of time on its head. The question is not who has kidnapped the children… but when.
