Confirmed: Jordan Peele Will Reboot The Twilight Zone for CBS All Access
Last month we let you guys know that there was a rumor roaming around town that Get Out writer-director Jordan Peele and his Monkeypaw production banner were in talks to reboot the classic sci-fi anthology series “The Twilight Zone.”
Today we can confirm that Peele will guide the reboot along with the help of Simon Kinberg and Marco Ramirez. The three will serve as exec producers and collaborate on the pilot.
“Too many times this year it’s felt we were living in a twilight zone, and I can’t think of a better moment to reintroduce it to modern audiences,” Peele told Deadline.
“’The Twilight Zone’ was a touchstone in my life,” Kinberg adds. “The opportunity to continue its lineage is a dream come true; and I’m so thrilled to be doing it with Jordan, Marco, and the team at CBS All Access.”
