Abandoned Justice League Dark Art Shows Us Swamp Thing and Dan Stevens as Constantine
I think it’s safe to say that with all the superhero films hitting theaters over the past few years (decades) all of us horror fans have been eagerly awaiting a horror comic-book movie that could entertain us as genre fans as much as the Marvel fans have been delighted with their current slather of flicks.
One of the top horror comics we’d love to see hit the big screen is Justice League Dark.
There was talk for a while that Guillermo del Torro might be taking on a feature film adaptation. But that didn’t happen. However, there is an animated film on the horizon.
Anyhow, it turns out that another director tried his hand at pitching Warner Bros. and DC a Justice League Dark film. But again it didn’t happen.
That said director Joesph Kahn (Detention) recently shared some of the concept art for his proposed film over on Twitter and it is beyond badass.
You can check out his tweets below, along with a killer animation test for Swamp Thing. What do you think Joesph Kahn’s vision for Justice League Dark?
