The Strangers: Prey at Night Fan Art Contest Kicks Off Today

We know there are some pretty incredible artists out there among our readers, which is why we’re excited to let those talented individuals know about the new contest that’s kicking off today… It’s The Strangers: Prey at Night Fan Art Contest, which runs through Friday, February 9th, and offers a pretty sweet prize to the winner.

If your interests fall on the artistic side of the fence, read on for the details. In a nutshell, eligible participants may enter by creating a drawing, painting, photograph, design, or other artistic image (NO VIDEOS) inspired by the forthcoming Aviron Pictures release of The Strangers: Prey at Night and posting that artwork to one of the approved social media platforms for the contest. Below you’ll find a sample of what they’re looking for. Contestants should check out the film’s poster, watch the trailer (below), and visit @TheStrangers on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram as well as the website preyatnight.com for inspiration. Submissions must include the hashtag #STRANGERSFanArtContest. The winner will receive a $500 cash prize, and his/her art will be included in an installation in Los Angeles that kicks off in early March.

The winner will be announced on Friday, February 16th, with the installation unveiled the week of March 5th.  Again, the deadline for entering is February 9th.  Good luck!

Synopsis:
A family’s road trip takes a dangerous turn when they arrive at a secluded mobile home park to stay with some relatives and find it mysteriously deserted. Under the cover of darkness, three masked psychopaths pay them a visit to test the family’s every limit as they struggle to survive.
