Rock and Shock Horror Festival Announces ICP, Mushroomhead to Perform

One of the East Coast’s premier horror festivals, Rock and Shock, has announced its official ticket release date as well as some major musical acts that will be performing at the event. And you can bet your ass these guys will fit in perfectly at Rock and Shock.

Tickets for the event, which will run from October 14-16 at the DCU Center and Palladium in Worchester, MA, will go on sale Wednesday, September 7 at 10 am.

And now for the big news … Kane Hodder and the rest of the Juggalo Nation unite because the Insane Clown Posse will be bringing their American Psycho Tour to the Palladium on Saturday with the doors opening at 6 pm.

Not to be outdone, Friday night’s musical lineup looks pretty impressive as well. The horrific masked men of Mushroomhead will be headlining the event (doors open at 5 pm on Friday). Other bands performing on Friday will be Cavalera Conspiracy, Devin Townsend, OTEP and Earth Crisis.

And for you early birds, Rock and Shock has some Thursday entertainment lined up as well. The Motel 6 Rock Yourself to Sleep Tour, featuring Alesana, Atilla and Memphis May Fire, will be performing at the Palladium on Thursday. Also on the bill are The Bones, Hot Black and the Cruel Brothers.

Rock and Shock is shaping up to be an awesome event. In addition to the bands, there’s a huge roster of guests, including Robert Englund, Heather Langenkamp, Lance Henriksen, Bill Moseley, Kane Hodder, Norman Reedus and Sean Patrick Flanery.
