Rooster Teeth’s Horror-Comedy Blood Fest Debuts Trailer and Poster Ahead of Tonight’s SXSW World Premiere
I’m not overly familiar with the comedy group Rooster Teeth. That said, their new horror-comedy Blood Fest looks just like my cup o’ blood. And I bet you’ll think so as well.
The film features a group of nerds battling the forces of evil during a horror convention, and if that premise doesn’t do anything for you then I’m sure you’ll dig the film’s trailer and poster, which we have for your viewing pleasure today.
The poster comes to us via our buddies over at Nerdist and you can check it out to the right before peeping the trailer below. After all that make sure to let us know what you think!
The film is written and directed by Owen Egerton and stars Robbie Kay, Seychelle Gabriel, Jacob Batalon, Barbara Dunkelman, Tate Donovan, Nick Rutherford, Chris Doubek, Rebecca Wagner, and Zachary Levi.
Blood Fest hosts its world premiere at SXSW tonight (March 9th).
Synopsis:
Fans flock to a festival celebrating the most iconic horror movies, only to discover that the charismatic showman behind the event has a diabolical agenda. As attendees start dying off, three teenagers with more horror-film wits than real-world knowledge must band together and battle through every madman, monstrosity, and terrifying scenario if they have any hope of surviving.
