Just a few days ago we told you about The Halloween Kid, a spooky Halloween fairy tale that will be both written and directed by Axelle Carolyn, and now that her online funding campaign has kicked off, Axelle has shared a blooper reel with us and promises lots of announcements soon, including the short film’s first cast member and some new concept art.

“As you can see from the concept art by Christopher Goodman, we’re really looking to capture the spirit of Halloween in this short film,” says Axelle on her website for the flick. “Sweetness and spookiness, golden colors and dark shadows…”

Check out the blooper and investor reels below, and click here to contribute to the project. Funds are listed in pounds, but people can contribute from anywhere in the world. All you need is a credit/debit card and a couple of minutes. There will be all kinds of rewards such as producing credits, signed items from Axelle and/or Neil Marshall, or even a set visit.
