The SUSPIRIA Trailer Dances Its Way Into Horror!
The trailer for Luca Guadagnino’s Suspiria remake has finally arrived and can be seen below! The dialogue-less trailer is packed with surreal and striking visuals, all situated underneath a haunting synth-based track from composer Thom Yorke (Radiohead) that clearly pays homage to Goblin but stands out completely on its own. Luca Guadagnino, you have secured my ticket purchase.
“As a darkness builds at the center of a world-renown dance company, its artistic director, a young American new to the troupe, and a grieving psychotherapist become entangled in a bloody, sighing nightmare.”
A remake of the 1977 Italian horror film of the same name by Dario Argento, Suspiria stars Tilda Swinton, Dakota Johnson, Chloë Grace Moretz, Mia Goth and Jessica Harper, who played Suzy Bannion in the original film. It will be released theatrically on November 2 this year, giving all of us a great excuse to extend Halloween an extra couple of days!
