Ryan Murphy Says AHS 8 is Unlike Anything the Series Has Done Before

Production begins soon on Ryan Murphy’s eighth season of his hit horror series American Horror Story. The new season is rumored to be called AHS: Radioactive, but Murphy isn’t revealing such details just yet.

That said, Murphy did mention some interesting new tidbits to EW saying, “It’s a season, unlike anything we’ve done because there’s a big hook to it. There’s a huge thing that happens in episode five.”

He adds: “You will see so many fan favorites return… It’s a very high concept.”

AHS Season 8 stars Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Billie Lourd, Kathy Bates, and new cast member Joan Collins, who will play Peters’ grandmother. Murphy has revealed he’s interested in casting Anjelica Huston (The Addams Family) as well.
