Hollywood Science Fiction Museum Founder Pleads Guilty
There’s an update to the story we posted in late May about Floyd “Huston” Huddleston III, the founder of the Hollywood Science Fiction Museum, who was arrested on three chargers that were each related to child pornography. It seems that on June 20, Huddleston III pleaded guilty to one possession of child pornography but the remaining chargers were dismissed. Huddleston III’s punishment includes three years of probation, a 52-week sex offender counseling program, and he is subject to search and seizure by any probation or other peace officer, with or without a warrant, probable cause or reasonable suspicion. He will also have to register as a sex offender. Below are the publicly available court papers.
There is still no update on the status of the props that the Museum had on hand that were rumored as sold off for Huddleston III’s bail costs. Hopefully more information about that will come out.
