John Landis’ Unseen First Film SCHLOCK Getting Limited Theatrical Release
Label this one of the most interesting theater opportunities you’ll get this year! The annual Art House Theater Day has announced that they will be doing a limited theatrical run of John Landis’ unseen first film Schlock in theaters on September 23.
Not only the first film from the man who brought us Thriller and An American Werewolf in London, it also helped launch the career of a certain FX artist that we all know and love: Rick Baker! Shot over 12 days and featuring a run time of 80 minutes, the film will be coming to over 150 theaters this September. The full theater listing can be found right here.
