Exclusive STRANGE NATURE Clip Has TONS of Dead, Mutated Frogs

Eco-thrillers are a fun branch of horror. Movies like The Ruins and The Bay tackle real-world issues through a lens of terror and fear, putting a rather on-the-nose fictional face to a very non-fictional problem. Plus, we get to see nature kick ass against humanity, and sometimes that’s a very gratifying and satisfying thing to witness.

Today, we’re helping bring attention to a new film in that world by the name of Strange Nature. Following a small family that gets attacked by mutated creatures, the film is hitting LA theaters on September 22 with plans to expand after that. Above you can watch an exclusive clip.

By moving in with her estranged hermit father in the backwoods of a small town, Kim and son Brody find themselves in the middle of a horrendous phenomenon where deadly offspring mutations spread from animals to humans.

Directed by James Ojala, Strange Nature stars Lisa Sheridan, Stephen Tobolowsky, John Hennigan, Tiffany Shepis, and Carlos Alazraqui.
