Mark Duplass & Patrick Brice Current Writing Script for CREEP 3

In 2014, just when the found-footage craze of the 2000s seemed completely played out, the indie flick Creep found massive critical praise, proving just how much can be accomplished by two dedicated filmmakers, a camera, and a commitment to storytelling excellence.  Creep was directed by Patrick Brice from a script he co-wrote with Mark Duplass; the two men are also the film’s leads, playing Aaron and Josef respectively.

2017’s Creep 2 stuck to the same basic formula, yet somehow managed to up the ante, delivering one of those rare sequels that might actually surpass the original in terms of overall quality and impact. Now, this dynamic duo is hard at work on a 3rd installment in the Creep franchise, and we can’t fucking wait to see what they come up with!

Duplass announced the news simultaneously via Twitter and Instagram, along with a video snippet of a little girl sporting the now-infamous “Peach Fuzz” werewolf mask!

Obviously, Creep 3 is in the earliest stages of production, meaning we’d be fools to expect the film to arrive in 2019. That doesn’t mean Brice and Duplass won’t deliver the goods sooner, but only time will tell. You’d better believe we’ll be keeping our ears to the ground in order to bring you all Creep-related news as details emerge. Stay tuned!

In the meantime, you can check out the synopses and trailers for Creep and Creep 2 below. Don’t mess with Peach Fuzz!
