With so many various Frankenstein projects swirling around us these days, it’s hard to keep track of them all, but one we’ve been keeping an eye on for some time now is Gris Grimly’s upcoming three-volume 200-page Frankenstein artbook, and today he showed off one of his newest illustrations.

Tweeting that “Frankenstein and Elizabeth are complete“, Grimly posted the following photo. In addition, he had the following to say in his most recent Mad Creator Productions Nooseletter:

“Still working on Frankenstein. With 200 pages of illustrations needed, this is a magnum opus of a project. I plan on finishing up the illustrations for Volume 2 before the end of the year. Then it is on to Volume 3.”

We’ll keep you posted on future developments. In the meantime along with keeping tabs on Gris via his regularly updated Frankenstein blog, be sure to also follow him on Twitter and Facebook.
