Audition Tape that Got Actor Cast as “Art the Clown” in TERRIFIER Emerges On Facebook
At the Cult Classic Convention in Bastrop, Texas last September, I had the pleasure of talking at length with Terrifier star David Howard Thornton, who plays the now-iconic Art the Clown in writer/director Damien Leone’s opus of extreme violence. One topic of conversation was how he landed the role in the first place. He regaled me (and other fans) with a story about his audition, wherein he was asked to pantomime decapitating a stranger.

Well, the audition tape has surfaced on Facebook, and it’s truly a sight to behold.
