Check Out the First Poster for Jordan Peele’s Follow Up to GET OUT: US
Three days ago, we reported that we finally had a plot summary for Jordan Peele’s follow-up to Get Out, Us. Today, we have the film’s first poster and, while it doesn’t reveal much, it does a great job of balancing order and chaos. The gold-plated scissors definitely convey a hint of violence. Have a look-see for yourself:
Synopsis:
A mother (Academy Award winner Lupita Nyong’o from Black Panther, Star Wars: The Last Jedi and 12 Years a Slave) and a father (Winston Duke from Black Panther) take their kids to their beach house expecting to unplug and unwind with friends (including Emmy winner Elizabeth Moss from TV series The Handmaid’s Tale). But as night descends, their serenity turns to tension and chaos when some shocking visitors arrive uninvited.
Look for Us to break into US theaters beginning March 15th, 2019.
In addition to Us, Peele is working on a reboot of The Twilight Zone in addition to producing a Candyman remake. We’ll be keeping our eyes on all of these projects in order to bring you additional details as news emerges. Stay tuned!
