ANNABELLE 3 Has Wrapped Filming

The Conjuring franchise expanded with Corin Hardy’s The Nun earlier this year, and we’ve got two new installments to look forward to between now and 2020. Annabelle 3 will hit US theaters on July 3rd with The Conjuring 3 eyeing a 2020 release date. The former is right on track for a summer release; we just got word that principal photography has wrapped on Annabelle 3!

Gary Dauberman has penned many screenplays for The Conjuring franchise, but Annabelle 3 marks his first time in the director’s chair. Once principal photography ends, directors are usually given 10 weeks to assemble a first cut for studio honchos to screen. If all goes well, we could be seeing a trailer for Annabelle 3 in February of March.

Annabelle 3 stars Mckenna Grace, Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga. Plot details are scant at this point, but we’ll keep you updated as details emerge. Stay tuned!

Annabelle last haunted horror fans in 2017’s Annabelle: Creation; if you missed it, give the synopsis and trailer a spin below.

Synopsis:
Former toy maker Sam Mullins and his wife, Esther, are happy to welcome a nun and six orphaned girls into their California farmhouse. Years earlier, the couple’s 7-year-old daughter Annabelle died in a tragic car accident. Terror soon strikes when one child sneaks into a forbidden room and finds a seemingly innocent doll that appears to have a life of its own.
