Milla Jovovich Describes Nimue the Blood Queen in Neil Marshall’s HELLBOY

We’re still reeling from the recently-released red band trailer for Neil Marshall’s Hellboy, arriving in US theaters April 12th. One of the highlights was the appearance of Milla Jovovich, who stars as Nimue the Blood Queen, a character who will serve as Hellboy’s foil. As for what fans can expect, she recently discussed details about her character with the folks at IGN.

One of our favorite UK film critics and academics, Mr. H, reports on her comments in the video embedded at the top of the article. It also compares Jovovich’s description with the source material (the Hellboy graphic novels by Mike Mignola). Give it a spin! Then, check out the synopsis and previously-mentioned red band trailer for Hellboy below.

Synopsis:
Based on the graphic novels by Mike Mignola, Hellboy, caught between the worlds of the supernatural and human, battles an ancient sorceress bent on revenge.

In addition to Jovovich, Hellboy stars David Harbour, Daniel Dae Kim, and Ian McShane.
