If you’re looking for a Biblical-themed horror comedy with bite, Good Omens might be just what the Doctor ordered. The film features an odd couple indeed: An angel and a demon. With an 11-year-old Antichrist on the loose, four motorcycle-men of the Apocalypse on the move, and nothing left than the fate of the world at stake, it looks like a madcap romp sure the give horror fans some awesome laughs.

Good
Omens is based on the beloved
book by Terry Pratchett & Neil Gaiman which follows an unlikely duo, a
fussy Angel (Michael Sheen, Masters of
Sex) and a loose-living Demon (David Tennant, Doctor Who) who’ve become overly fond of life on Earth are forced
to form an unlikely alliance to stop Armageddon. But they have lost the
Antichrist, an 11-year-old boy unaware he’s meant to bring upon the end of
days, forcing them to embark on an adventure to find him and save the world
before it’s too late.
In addition to Sheen and Tennant, Good Omens stars Jon Hamm, Nick Offerman, Jack Whitehall, Miranda Richardson, Adria Arjona, Michael McKean, Anna Maxwell Martin, Mireille Enos, among others, and is produced by Amazon Studios, BBC Studios, The Blank Corporation, and Narrativia. Neil Gaiman, Douglas Mackinnon, Chris Sussman, Simon Winstone, and Rob Wilkins serve as Executive Producers.
