2008. That’s when word of a possible remake of the stellar foreign flick from director Nacho Vigalondo Timecrimes (Los Cronocrimenes) first started floating around. Honestly, it’s been so long that we forgot about it. That might be changing soon. Read on for the details.
According to SciFi World, writer/director Steven Zaillian (Schindler’s List, Awakenings, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Searching for Bobby Fischer, All the King’s Men, A Civil Action) may get behind the camera for the time travel reboot.
In case you’ve been ignoring any and all info about the film, it follows a normal, everyday man whose curiosity about a topless sunbather leads him to a masked stranger in a trench coat, time travel, and, ultimately, murder. That’s one hell of a recipe, no?
