This Summer, Spend a Weekend Camping Where JASON LIVES: FRIDAY THE 13TH Part VI Was Filmed

Plan your summer getaway to Camp Crystal Lake!

The original Friday the 13th, directed by Sean Cunningham and released in 1980, was filmed at Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco, a Boy Scouts retreat in New Jersey. It’s still an active summer destination for Scouts nationwide and even hosts annual overnight experiences featuring Friday the 13th cast members for horror fans.

If you’ve already been to “Camp Blood” in New Jersey, you’ll soon be able to visit the site where Jason Lives: Friday the 13th Part VI was filmed. The folks at On Set Cinema are hosting a weekend at Hard Labor Creek State Park in Rutledge, GA August 9th thru August 11th. Tickets will go on sale, HERE.

Here’s what you get for $150 (plus fees and food):

“Fans will enjoy an entire weekend of summer camp – shared cabin camping with bunk beds, games (egg toss, corn hole, flashlight tag, board games, Nintendo and more!), camp fires with friends, roasting marshmallows and making s’mores, watching VHS horror movies on tube TVs, swimming and canoeing in Crystal Lake and of course a complimentary big screen showing of Friday the 13th Part VI on Saturday night! But remember campers, no sneaking off into the woods to have sex or do drugs because Jason will be watching! …Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma …Ki Ki Ki Ma Ma Ma…

This absolutely sounds like a once in a lifetime opportunity for Friday the 13th fans! What do you guys think? Let us know in the comments below or on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram!
