Latest “First Look” from Blumhouse Horror MA May Leave a Lasting Impression–Not in a Good Way

Horror fans will have more than one option for thrilling entertainment on May 31st. In addition to Michael Dougherty’s hotly-anticipated Godzilla: King of the Monsters, those fond of teen-centric shockers can take in Blumhouse’s latest offering, Ma.

In the latest “First Look” from EW, we see Sue Ann aka “Ma” (played by Octavia Spencer) about to leave a lasting impression on one of the unsuspecting teens she’s “befriended”. Give it a look-see below, followed by the synopsis and trailer.

Synopsis:
A lonely woman befriends a group of teenagers and decides to let them party at her house. Just when the kids think their luck couldn’t get any better, things start happening that make them question the intention of their host.

Ma is directed by Tate Taylor from a screenplay penned by Scotty Landes; in addition to Spencer, the film stars Juliette Lewis, Luke Evans, and Missi Pyle.
