She’s Back! Sarah Connor Rocks The First TERMINATOR: DARK FATE Trailer
The first trailer for Terminator: Dark Fate is here and, just like yesterday’s poster reveal, Sarah Connor is the star. Hell, Arnold Schwarzenegger is only in one shot! Not knocking him down but it’s very clear that the producers want to make sure that Linda Hamilton’s return to the franchise is the highlight that people need to focus on. I’d say it’s worked, although giving her an RPG certainly didn’t hurt!
Aside from Hamilton, Mackenzie Davis is the clear action star here. From incredible acrobatics to intense fight sequences, she’s a force to be reckoned with, no doubt about it.
The film follows the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day and is canonically the direct sequel, so no need to look at Terminator 3 or anything beyond that (I’m looking at you, Genisys).
Directed by Tim Miller and written by David Goyer & Justin Rhodes and Billy Ray, Terminator: Dark Fate stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, Mackenzie Davis, Diego Boneta, Gabriel Luna, and Natalia Reyes. It is produced by James Cameron and David Ellison.
Terminator: Dark Fate comes out November 1, 2019.
