SHIN ULTRAMAN Will Battle Kaiju in 2021
Toho and the team behind 2016’s Shin Godzilla will be giving Ultraman the same treatment. The kaiju-busting alien superhero from the 1960s is being revamped for the 21st Century, and Shin Ultraman is eyeing a 2021 release date. Shinji Higuchi will direct.

For the uninitiated, Ultraman is a member of the Science Patrol which battles giant monsters and sinister aliens that threaten Earth.
