Meet “BXJ”: Gruesome Statue Stitches The Joker and Batman into One

The Australian company Geek X has teamed with DC comic for an official line of horror-themed statues and toys. First up: A half-half Batman/Joker statue called “BXJ,” where they are gruesomely stitched together!
Batman and Joker are foes on opposite ends of the spectrum in every way: appearance, morality, and beliefs. Their storied history has seen much bloodshed, tragedy, and chaos; a volatile recipe that’s lead to an everlasting relationship and perhaps even friendship.
Geek X have sewn Batman and Joker together, to illustrate their chaotic bond, their animosity and their attachment to each other.
The half-bust symbolizes their duality through the use of the stitches, keeping Batman and The Joker from separating. Their pain is shared equally, constant and fierce, and yet, they cannot survive without each other. On the base, Batman’s Batarang shadows The Joker’s calling card, completing the union of calamity.
Standing approximately 42 cm tall, the Joker/Batman 1:2 scale hybrid bust (BXJ) is made of polystone resin, hand painted and encased in a beautiful acrylic case.

BXJ is a half-bust fusion of the iconic rivalry between Batman and The Joker. Each half is intricately detailed from the skin texture to the costuming, providing the highest quality design. Batman and Joker are violently stitched together in the middle, symbolizing their chaotic bond and inevitable attachment to each other. Despite the endless battle between Batman and The Joker, the two cannot live without each other and we wanted to create a statue that embodies this feud.
