An Extended, More Terrifying HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE Director’s Cut Arriving on Blu-ray
Mike Flanagan’s The Haunting of Hill House was, hands down, the best limited horror series of 2018. And though the series was a Netflix original, an ad on Amazon reveals an extended Director’s Cut will be making its way to the masses at a future date yet to be announced.

The Amazon ad doesn’t reveal exactly what the Director’s Cut will include. Still, this is something collectors will be chomping at the bit to add to their libraries. We’ll be watching this release in order to report when The Haunting of Hill House‘s Director’s Cut will be available to the masses. Stay tuned and check back often.

Synopsis:
This modern reimagining of the Shirley Jackson novel follows siblings who, as children, grew up in what would go on to become the most famous haunted house in the country. Now adults, they are forced back together in the face of tragedy and must finally confront the ghosts of their past. Some of those ghosts still lurk in their minds, while others may actually be stalking the shadows of Hill House. The ensemble cast includes Oscar winner Timothy Hutton, Carla Gugino, and Henry Thomas. Mike Flanagan, a veteran of the horror genre, created the series.
