Buckle Up: Christopher Landon Calls Next Project “Gory, Batsh*t Movie”
Last week, word came down regarding Christopher Landon’s next horror movie. No, it won’t be another Happy Death Day flick, rather something that sounds like a scary version of Freaky Friday. Deadline reported:
Vince Vaughn and Kathryn Newton are set to star in an untitled body-swapping thriller co-written and directed by Chris Landon. The pic hails from Blumhouse (in association with Divide/Conquer), which has housed a number of Landon’s films including Disturbia, four Paranormal Activity sequels, and the Happy Death Day films. Jason Blum is producing with Adam Hendricks.

While additional plot details are scant at this time, Landon promised his Twitter followers that we’re in for something special.
“So excited for this cast and my amazing co-writer, the hilarious @MichaelKenKen — buckle up for this gory, batshit movie.”
