Trailer: Detroit-Based Filmmaker Michael McKiddy’s Terrifying FAWN Now Available on VOD
The trailer for Fawn, embedded at the top of the article, looks like one of the creepiest supernatural thrillers to crawl out of the darkness in quite some time. Directed by Detroit-based filmmaker Michael McKiddy, the film can be seen now on VIMEO.
Synopsis:
Fawn follows Polly, haunted by the belief she witnessed her sister teleport from the front yard to the back yard in the blink of an eye. That would be enough to make one question their sanity. But that’s not all. Her sister has been dead for 10 years. Enlisting the help of her best friends, Polly sets out to prove that she’s not losing her mind by attempting to capture her sister’s ghost on video. Throughout their journey together, haunting revelations and secrets are revealed, and now they may each have jeopardized their lives because while her lost sister might be searching for Polly’s attention, something else might be hungry for it…
McKiddy co-wrote the screenplay for Fawn with Christopher Vieau; the film stars Rikki-lee Millbank, Angela Roberts Johnson, and Jimmy Groce.
