SNATCHERS Blu-ray Coming February 2020

Adapted from the hit horror-comedy series of the same name, Stephen Cedars & Benji Kleiman’s Snatchers will be released on Digital in and on Blu-ray and DVD in February 2020.

Special features include commentary with writers/directors Stephen Cedars & Benji Kleiman and writer Scott Yacyshyn, The Birth of Snatchers: A Behind-the-Scenes Look, and a Blooper Reel.

Snatchers begins after a status-obsessed teen has sex for the first time and wakes up the next day nine months pregnant-with an alien. More specifically the film follows this synopsis:

“Senior year is going to rule! Thanks to her relationship with clueless hunk Skyler, Sara is totally in with the cool girls. But Skyler contracted an extraterrestrial bug during his summer vacation. After just one night together, Sara discovers she’s Nine. Months. Pregnant. Desperate to keep her condition on the DL, she turns to the only person she can trust: her nerdy ex-bestie, Hayley. The girls soon realize this alien problem is only just the beginning. Aliens had best beware in this hilarious comedy filled with action and tongue-in-cheek teen spirit.”

It stars Mary Nepi as Sara, Gabrielle Elyse as Hayley, J.J. Nolan as Kate, Austin Fryberger as Skyler, Nick Gomez as Oscar, Rich Fulcher as Dave, Amy Landecker as Cheryl, and Ashley Argota.

Stephen Cedars and Benji Kleiman co-direct from a script the wrote with Scott Yacyshyn.

Rated R for bloody creature violence, sexual content, and language Snatchers will be released on Digital on January 7, 2020, and on Blu-ray and DVD on February 18, 2020.
