The flick centers on five friends who head to Las Vegas for a wild bachelor party. But when a stripper (and a security guard) are accidentally killed, an unstable Christian Slater kicks into full Christian Slater mode and starts killing the absolute sh*t out of EVERYONE. Hilarity ensues.
It stars Christian Slater as Robert Boyd, Cameron Diaz as Laura Garrety-Fisher, Jon Favreau as Kyle Fisher, Daniel Stern as Adam Berkow, Jeremy Piven as Michael Berkow, and Leland Orser as Charles Moore with Jeanne Tripplehorn as Lois Berkow, and Kobe Tai as Tina.
Peter Berg wrote and directed Very Bad Things while Cindy Cowan, Diane Nabatoff, and Michael Schiffer produced. PolyGram Filmed Entertainment released it back on November 25, 1998.
Peter Berg has since gone on to direct films such as Mile 22, Patriots Day, Deepwater Horizon, Lone Survivor, Hancock, The Kingdom, Friday Night Lights, and The Rundown.
Very Bad Things are coming to Blu-ray via Shout Factory on January 28, 2020.
