First 4 FINAL DESTINATION Flicks Now on Netflix
It was just last week that we let you guys know that Netflix has added the Tremors franchise to their streaming service. And today we just wanted to make sure that you were aware that another killer horror franchise has (most) of its entries available on the streaming giant as well.
This time it’s the first four entries in the Final Destination franchise.
As if you need me to point it out, this includes the original Final Destination along with Final Destination 2, Final Destination 3, and The Final Destination aka Final Destination 4.
Not sure why the fifth (and second best) entry in the series director Steven Quale’s Final Destination 5 has been left out in the cold by the powers that be over at Netflix.
But all the same, kick back and watch the first four flicks and let us know what you think is the best film of the franchise is in the comments below or on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram!
Personally I dig Final Destination 2 the most.
It centers on Kimberly (A.J. Cook) who has – yu guessed it – a horrible premonition. This time however it’s of a highway accident killing multiple people – including her and her friends. She blocks the cars behind her on the ramp from joining traffic – and as a police trooper (Michael Landes) arrives, the accident actually happens. Now, Death is stalking this group of mistaken survivors – and one by one they are dying as they were supposed to on the highway.
Moo-Haha.
Final Destination 2 was directed by David R. Ellis from a screenplay written by J. Mackye Gruber & Eric Bress based on a story by Gruber, Bress, and Jeffrey Reddick based on characters created by Reddick. Warren Zide and Craig Perry produced. It starred Ali Larter, A. J. Cook, Keegan Connor Tracy, and Michael Landes. New Line Cinema released it back on January 31, 2003.
