Blumhouse’s BLACK CHRISTMAS Hits Blu-ray with Alternate Ending 3/17

The timely take on the cult horror classic begins as a campus killer comes to face a formidable group of friends in sisterhood. Hawthorne College is quieting down for the holidays. But as Riley Stone and her Mu Kappa Epsilon sisters prepare to deck the halls with a series of seasonal parties, a black-masked stalker begins killing sorority women one by one. As the body count rises, the sisters start to question whether they can trust any man. Whoever the killer is, he’s about to discover that this generation’s young women aren’t about to be anybody’s victims.
Sophia Takal directed the remake from a screenplay she co-wrote with April Wolfe based on Black Christmas by A. Roy Moore. Jason Blum produced with Ben Cosgrove and Adam Hendricks. It starred Imogen Poots, Lily Donoghue, Aleyse Shannon, Brittany O’Grady, Caleb Eberhardt, and Cary Elwes. Universal Pictures released it on December 13, 2019.
Black Christmas will be released on Blu-ray on March 17, 2020.
