First Look: Nicolas Cage Revenge Thriller PIG Sounds Like JOHN WICK – With Pigs
First-time writer-director Michael Sarnoski’s revenge thriller Pig with Nicolas Cage and Alex Wolff (Hereditary) sounds like John Wick … but, you know, with a pig instead of a puppy.
Specifically, it stars Cage as a reclusive truffle hunter in Oregon whose prize hunting pig is kidnapped, forcing him to return to old stomping grounds in Portland and confront his past.

Neon has won domestic rights to the film following a heated bidding war last week involving numerous competitors and will release the film in theaters, at a to-be-determined date.
Sarnoski said: “What began as a very personal project has transformed into a labor of love for so many talented people. I’m thrilled for us all to be bringing this strange world to life.”
The script is based on a story by Sarnoski and Vanessa Block, who will also produce with Dimitra Tsingou, Ben Giladi, David Carrico, Adam Paulsen, Dori Rath, Joseph Restaino, and Pulse Films CEO Thomas Benski. Cage’s Saturn Pictures, BlockBox Entertainment, and Valparaiso Pictures are the production companies.
