Tom Hardy Reveals VENOM: LET THERE BE CARNAGE Logo!

Director Andy Serkis’ upcoming Venom 2 with Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock and Woody Harrelson as Cletus Cassidy has not only just received a new title but a new release date as well.

It will now be going by the rather cumbersome title Venom: Let There Be Carnage and is now all set to be unleashed into a theater near you on June 25, 2021. You know, god willing and all.

Venom 2 will be directed by Andy Serkis and produced by Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal, and Hutch Parker from a screenplay written by Kelly Marcel based on the character created by David Michelinie and Todd McFarlane. Columbia Pictures will unleash it on October 2, 2020.

Producer Matt Tolmach says that, while the original film was rated PG-13 for intense sequences of sci-fi violence and action, and for language, the sequel may end up being rated R due to the success of Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker. Fingers crossed. We’ll let you know when we hear more.
